Birthdaycardy provides digital birthday cards for personal and business use.

By using Birthdaycardy or purchasing a card, you agree that:

• Birthdaycardy cards are digital only and are not physically mailed.
• Cards may be sent by email or text.
• You are responsible for the recipient name, sender name, message, and any custom text you enter.
• You may not use Birthdaycardy to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Birthdaycardy may reject or remove content that violates these terms.
• Card links are generally available for about 30 days.
• Recipients should save the card to their device if they want to keep it.
• Birthdaycardy does not guarantee permanent storage of cards.
• Delivery may be affected by incorrect contact information, email providers, mobile carriers, internet outages, or other services outside Birthdaycardy’s control.
• Prices, features, and services may change in the future.
