Birthdaycardy collects only the information needed to create, purchase, and deliver digital birthday cards.

Information we may collect includes:

• sender name and email address
• recipient name and email address
• phone information used for text delivery
• card message and custom text
• purchase and transaction information
• basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website

Birthdaycardy uses this information to:

• process purchases
• create and deliver birthday cards
• provide customer support and corrections
• prevent fraud, misuse, or technical problems
• operate and improve the Birthdaycardy website

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Birthdaycardy does not store full payment card numbers.

Birthdaycardy may use third-party service providers for website hosting, database storage, payments, email delivery, and other services necessary to operate Birthdaycardy. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Birthday card links are generally available for about 30 days. Card and delivery information may be deleted after the applicable retention period.

Birthdaycardy does not sell personal information.

We do not use recipient information to market to recipients simply because someone sent them a birthday card.
