Refund & Correction Policy

Birthdaycardy sells digital birthday cards. Because cards are prepared and delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the card has been sent.

If a technical problem prevents the card from being delivered or viewed properly, contact info@birthdaycardy.com and we will work to correct the issue.

If you make a mistake in the recipient name, sender name, or custom text, Birthdaycardy allows one correction at no additional charge.

Additional changes may require a new purchase.
